Maritime Headquarters / Maritime Operations Center (MOC) Analysis
Abstract
Formerly JFMCC/Worldwide Naval Component Commanders (WNCC). Naval War College (NWC) conducts research and analysis at the operational level of war, including direct support for the Maritime Headquarters (MHQ) with MOC and Combined/Joint Forces Maritime Component Commander (C/JFMCC) activities. These activities include support for concept and doctrine development of numbered fleet war games, exercises, education, research and analysis. NWC is responsible for development of Professional Military Education for Naval Component Commanders and Numbered Fleet Staff personnel, and the Numbered Fleet Commander, including education and research initiatives in support of concept of operations development, training and C/JFMCC advisory and assist team.
