12) WMD CST - System Test and Evaluation
Abstract
General system-related test activities, including costs of specially fabricated hardware to obtain or validate engineering data on the performance of the system. This element also includes costs of the detailed planning, conduct, support, data reduction, and reports from such testing, as well as hardware items that are consumed or planned to be consumed in the conduct of such operations.
