Abstract

Funds a three-phased effort to enhance the performance of Land-based Phalanx Weapon System (LPWS) in theater by upgrading both the C-RAM C2 and LPWS software to enable the engagement of all indirect fire (IDF) threats within the LPWS engagement range, decreasing the number of IDF threats that impact on the Forward Operating Base (FOB).
