Sustainable Water Extraction System (Special Operations Command) - Contingent upon congressional appropriation and/or congressional notification
Abstract
Qualifies a sustainable water extraction system for Special Forces civil affairs units to provide potable water in remote and austere environments. A system that combines the power of sun and wind for unattended operation, manufactured by Grundos in Denmark will be tested in United States Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) and United States Central Command (CENTCOM) area of operations.
