Engineering and Manufacturing Development (EMD) Phase 2
Abstract
Design, develop and test components and cartridges leading to a design freeze. The final design will then be carried forward to Developmental Test and Evaluation (DT&E) qualification testing to demonstrate the cartridge's ability to meet performance requirements prior to production.
