Bacterial Disease Threats
Abstract
This effort selects promising candidate vaccines against each of the three main bacterial causes of diarrheas (E. coli, Campylobacter, and Shigella (a significant threat during initial deployments)) for testing in human subjects. Data packages are prepared, as required for FDA approval, and testing is conducted in human subjects.
