Abstract
Assess, develop, evaluate, and demonstrate common solid and liquid propulsion technology and manufacturing leading up to a static fire and test of strategic propulsion systems; develop capability and explore improvements to current and future propulsion systems; and support the research and development industrial base and critical infrastructure.
