7) Therapeutics
Abstract
Medical Toxicology (Non Traditional Agents (NTAs) and Other Agents): Investigates common mechanisms of agent injury. Determines the toxic effects of agents by probable routes of field exposure, as well as standard experimental routes. Physiological parameters and pathological assessment will be used to establish the general mode and mechanism(s) of toxicity. In FY11, all NTA-related efforts are re-aligned to Chemical Therapeutics NTA within this Project.
