Provides for the salary associated with 1 Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) Full Time Equivalent (FTE) assigned to ONR Headquarters to support Financial Improvement Plan (FIP) efforts. Funding also supports information technology costs associated with the operations of the Next Generation Enterprise Networks (NGEN) efforts.
