Counter Explosive Hazard Phenomonology

Abstract

This effort investigates potential long term solutions to the asymmetric explosive hazard threats. It leverages recent lessons learned to investigate new ideas and emerging technologies to counter explosive hazards through better understanding, detection, neutralization and mitigation of the threat.
