Traumatic Brain Injury

Abstract

This effort supports work required to validate safety and effectiveness of drugs, biologics (products derived from living organisms), and medical procedures intended to minimize immediate and long-term effects from penetrating brain injuries. This research area started in FY2012. In FY2013 and FY2014, this effort supports Technology-Enabled Capability Demonstration 7.d, Brain in Combat.
