Abstract
Programmatic transfer in accordance with the 711/737 US Army Medical Research and Development Command transfer to Defense Health Agency in support of Medical Systems, Advanced Technology & Development from Army PE 0601102A. This project provides the means to exploit scientific breakthroughs and avoid technological surprises, and fosters innovation in military medicine-relevant areas where there is little or no commercial investment due to limited markets and maintains laboratory capability to perform these functions.
