Abstract

Provides programs that prevent family violence/fatalities through family advocacy programs and counseling; provide specialized assistance to provide prevention, education and family sustainment for military and civilian personnel and their families; and also provide critical financial, employment and relocation education and training to Soldiers, civilians, and their Families.
