Open Business Cell Idea Management System
Abstract
The objective of the Open Business Cell (OBC) (online at DefenseSolutions.gov) is to reach out to small innovative companies, especially those that have no experience dealing with the Department of Defense, to identify potential solutions to military needs. The OBC uses the Idea Management System (IMS) software tool to collect, distribute, track, evaluate, and store all ideas submitted to the DefenseSolutions.gov website.
