Abstract
Develop and demonstrate a secure, persistent, and standardized blended live-virtual-constructive operational test and training enterprise. Utilize modeling capabilities for technology demonstration efforts focused on developing software-based tools for managing training, tracking proficiency and readiness, and for training that would replace the human as adversaries and instructors.
