Abstract

Renamed from Vehicular Communication System (VCS), Mobile Communication Capability (MCC) - Design, develop, fabricate, integrate, test, provide associated documentation (e.g. technical manuals) in support of delivering a digital multiple-channel, mobile communication system to replace the aging analog GRC-206 communications pallet.
