Integrate Commercial Appliances with Jet Propellant 8 (JP8) Fired Burners.
Abstract
Use currently available or modified JP-8 fired burners to operate commercially available griddles, ovens, skillets and other cooking appliances. Increase military kitchen reliability and mobility by eliminating the need to operate on military unique fuel-fired equipment. Increase system maintainability by leveraging the logistical support of the highly matured commercial kitchen equipment industry.
