8) WMD CST - TIC TIM Task Force
Abstract
The Toxic Industrial Chemical/Toxic Industrial Material (TIC/TIM) Task Force (TTTF) was established to provide TIC prioritization and baseline TIC acquisition capability recommendations to the Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical & Biological Defense (JPEO-CBD). The focus has been primarily on intentional/collateral large scale release scenarios of acutely hazardous TICs in a military operational setting that could cause notable operational risk. The TTTF products have included the following products: #1 TIC prioritization process and results. #2 Operational hazard and risk assessment results. #3 Results of the portfolio analysis. #4 Results of TIC test procedure standardization efforts, which include the development of a test procedure framework, two draft priority test procedures, a test procedure repository, and a test procedure status report.
