Abstract
Program Operations provides for government management of the Ground-based Midcourse Defense (GMD) program. Included in this effort is program and business management, program administration, technical and testing oversight, verification of hardware and software development, quality / safety / mission assurance, integrated logistics support, and government manpower and infrastructure to develop, test and sustain the GMD system and components.
