DoD Medical Information Exchange and Interoperability (DMIX) / Enterprise Intelligence and Data Solutions (EIDS)
Abstract
•EIDS will be spending FY23 allocations on development and sustainment of data sources for the Defense Health Agency. Enterprise Intelligence & Data Solutions Program Management Office supports MHS strategic goals and facilitate informed decision-making through the delivery of robust information services and data in a timely, relevant, and actionable manner. The EIDS PMO strives to execute the DHA Data Vision of providing seamless data services and decision support for clinicians, patients, beneficiaries, analysts, researchers, and DoD leadership to improve patient care. •The PMO manages a vast array of data-related assets, including data warehouses, data virtualization tools, visualization solutions (e.g. CarePoint) and data exchange solutions that in combination makes up a system of systems - Military Health System Information Platform (MIP). •Delivering, connecting, and curating data to facilitate informed decision-making across a diverse data ecosystem in support of Military Health, Readiness, Federal Health Data Integration and Innovation.
