Abstract
Established by Executive Order, with policy oversight by the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense/Readiness (Training Readiness and Strategy), this program leverages emerging learning technologies to provide cost effective training and education to Service members and civilian employees of the Federal Government.
