9) Chemical Pretreatments and Prophylactics - Medical
Abstract
Develops pretreatments and prophylactics that provide protection against NTAs and emerging chemical threats. Prophylactic MCMs include catalytic and stoichiometric bioscavengers that rapidly bind and detoxify a broad spectrum of NTAs. Transferred FY19 NT2 funds to NT3 in FY20/21 to support more advanced efforts such as the opioid MCMs and 2-PAM BBB delivery efforts.
