Cognitive Electromagnetic Warfare (EW)
Abstract
Perform assessments and analyses for an Air Force capability to defend from and attack an adversaries' use of the electromagnetic spectrum (EMS) assisted by incorporation of machine learning/artificial intelligence algorithms into aircraft EW systems, and share Cog EW algorithms, techniques, and identification/targeting criteria to the joint warfighting force.
