Medical Robotic and Autonomous Systems

Abstract

This Task now incorporates the previous Combat Evacuation Mission Module Task. Research, design and develop a tele-monitored and remote-controlled Combat Evacuation Mission Module to support medical resupply and casualty evacuation using future multi-purpose VTOL UAS. Provides a self-contained medical module capability adaptable to various future multi-purpose VTOL UAS. Research, design, and prototype an intelligent decision-support capability that can be operated on an Army or Navy provided End User Device (EUD), such as the NETT Warrior system, to assist medics with patient assessment, triage, treatment, and disposition in a Prolonged Field Care (PFC) environment by assessing patient conditions to provide adaptive care guidelines.
