Abstract

Develop Materials State Awareness technologies to identify and characterize materials and/or damage regardless of scale for managing the health of aging structures, propulsion systems, and low-observable materials/structures, plus enabling advanced materials qualification. In 2019, the effort was named "Sensing Technologies"
