Abstract
The FASIT program's primary innovation goals are the development of advanced non-contact ballistic hit detection and recognition system, advanced human type targets, non-contact area scoring technology, combat ID targets, electromagnetic/cyber replication, multi domain operations, and augmented reality on live fire ranges; all aimed at increasing training realism, enhancing Soldier resiliency, and lowering life cycle costs.
