Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) Qualification
Abstract
CONVENTIONAL PHYSICAL SECURITY The COTS Qualification Program (series of projects) was initiated to analyze, select, test and evaluate new or improved Intrusion Detection Equipment (IDE) that will meet or exceed the requirements identified in the Integrated Base Defense Security System CDD. The equipment will ultimately replace or augment existing similar capability with improved systems in intrusion detection and assessment capability for deployment in perimeter, flight line, access control, interior controlled facility, or avenue of approach applications. Test assessment reports are available for use to all federal agencies.
