Terrain Analysis for Signal and Signature Phenomenology

Abstract

This effort minimizes or eliminates dramatic effects of dynamically changing terrain states on sensing and maneuvers operations conducted by the Army. This effort also provides effective decision-making tools such as models, simulations and mission planning and rehearsal factors to accurately predict the state of the ground, near-surface atmospheric conditions, and system performance in complex environments.
