Tactical Terminal Control System (TTCS) Up-armor

Abstract

TTCS Up-Armor includes Non-recurring Engineering (NRE) to perform an Analysis of Alternative (AoA) concept design, award a design contract based on this concept, and produce an Up-Armor TTCS prototype.
