Injury Prevention and Reduction - Neurosensory Injury Prevention

Abstract

The Warrior Injury Assessment Manikin analyzes and models the effects of mechanical and operational stressors on Soldier performance, to include acoustic and impact trauma, vision, vibration, and jolt to model the effects of these stressors on the brain, spine, eyes, and hearing. This effort supports Technology-Enabled Capability Demonstration 1.c, Force Protection- Occupant Centric Platform in FY2013-2014.
