Abstract

An Acquisition Decision Memorandum (ADM) was signed 30 March 2018 which establishes the BACN Joint Urgent Operational Need (JUON) as a PoR. This ADM defined the PEO as the Milestone Decision Authority (MDA) and approved entry into the Defense Acquisition System (DAS) as a ACAT III, Post-Milestone C program in the Operations and Support (O&S) phase.
