Link 16 Evolution (changed from "Cognitive Enterprise Development and Baselining" on FY18 PB)
Abstract
This effort will implement Link 16 technologies into TDL terminals and investigate the integration of additional emerging technologies to improve communications reliability. This effort will maintain a government-controlled technical baseline(s) to efficiently execute development and enhancements. Emerging technologies will be developed and evaluated for efficacy; recommendations will be identified for appropriate terminal fielding/upgrades to platforms and will be considered when evaluating enterprise TDL capabilities/gaps.
