MANPOWER OPERATIONS SYSTEMS (MOS)

Abstract

The $6.203M increase from FY17 to FY18 will initiate the modernization of the Optical Digital Imaging - Records Management System (ODI-RMS) and Manpower Personnel Administration (MPA) Modernization. The current ODI-RMS system has become obsolete and is unable to maintain an acceptable Cyber Security posture. Modernization for both efforts will involve business process and application reengineering; delivering an application on a modern and secure platform.
