ILIR-ARI

Abstract

This project provides funding for In-house Laboratory Independent Research (ILIR) in the Army Research Institute for Behavioral and Social Sciences (ARI). This project supports basic research in the Cognitive Sciences and is focused on theories, approaches, and models from the Behavioral and Social Sciences that have the highest potential to improve human performance. Improved recruiting, selection, assignment, training, leader development, performance, performance assessment, organizational dynamics, and retention are the goals. Work in this project is performed by the Army Research Institute, Arlington, VA.
