Model-Based Assessment of Sensors and Countermeasures

Abstract

This effort develops a suite of high-fidelity, physics-based modeling and simulation tools for the design and development of unconventional countermeasures with electro-optical/infrared (EO/IR) sensors for a wide range of operating environments; develops tools for threat detection and object identification using machine learning tools for EO/IR sensors; and builds superior target/threat recognition algorithms.
