Investigates common mechanisms of agent injury. Physiological parameters and pathological assessments will be used to establish the general mode and mechanism(s) of toxicity to inform countermeasure development. Develops, assesses, evaluates, and validates therapeutics for treatment resulting from exposure to NTAs and emerging chemical threats.
