Abstract
Develops Army threat Network and Mission Command capabilities to include quantum computing techniques, use of adaptive RF transmissions, self-healing/mesh network, capabilities aimed at masking threat communication systems (Very High Frequency (VHF), Ultra High Frequency (UHF), and High Frequency (HF), satellite and cellular, and next generation tactical radios.
