Cockpit-Selectable Height-Of-Burst Sensor (C-HOBS)
Abstract
Cockpit-Selectable Height-Of-Burst Sensor (C-HOBS): Cockpit selectable sensor capability to support legacy and Next Generation Area Attack weapons, to include the BLU-134/136. Eliminates single factory setting; allows flexibility during flight to address a wide array of targets. Effort includes follow-on studies, risk reduction, and product improvement initiatives to integrate cockpit selectability and other flexible effects features with threshold and objective aircraft and weapons platforms.
