Abstract
Joint Interoperability of Tactical Command and Control Systems (JINTACCS) is a Joint Chiefs-of-Staff (JCS)/DoD-mandated program for joint development, implementation, and testing of tactical data links and US Message Text Format (MTF) under the direction of the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) and Office of the Secretary of Defense/Networks and Information Integration (OASD/NII) per the Commander Joint Chiefs of Staff (CJCSI) 6610.01C and CJCS16241.04 for US Military Tactical Forces (USMTF).
