Foliage Penetrating (FOPEN) Light Detection and Ranging (LIDAR) Red Team

Abstract

This project provided a construct to assess the susceptibility of the FOPEN LIDAR sensor to defeat by parties not intimately familiar with the technology. The project developed a construct that current or future Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) systems and sub-systems can be gamed against in a distributed desk top/table top environment against traditional and nontraditional players.
