2009QRF0003_Dogstar (Command Control and Protection of Communications Systems C2CS Protect)
Abstract
Prior to the initiation of this project, the JTF/CoCOM lacked real time situational awareness of critical Cyber resources and means to insure essential C2 functions were available to support C2 of operations. This project used sensors, data fusion tools, and additional security networks as a means to address this issue.
