C4ISR On-The-Move (OTM)
Abstract
This effort provides a venue for the demonstration of new and emerging C4ISR technologies. This venue performs risk mitigation and technology assessments by evaluating the Technology Readiness Levels (TRLs) of candidate Army science and technology (S&T) and best of Industry efforts to support tactical network modernization. This effort transitioned to PE 0603794A Project EL4 in FY16.
