F-22 Tactical Mandates

Abstract

The F-22 Tactical Mandates program (previously documented as F-22 Mandates; PE 0207138F, BPAC 674785) consists of the software and hardware development necessary to provide tactical Mode 5 and Link 16 Transmit on the F-22. The mandate for Mode 5 is required by the Joint Requirements Oversight Council (JROC). Includes Mission Support of the F-22 Program Office: travel, computer costs, and other miscellaneous contract support.
