Mobile User Objective System (MUOS)/Second Generation Anti-Jam Tactical UHF Radio for NATO (SATURN)

Abstract

MUOS/SATURN development activities are projected to complete with FY 2023 funding. This MUOS/SATURN program provides Satellite Communications-capable F-15 aircraft, able to communicate on the MUOS constellation. This system replaces the current UHF satellite system (the Have Quick II), achieves the new NATO communications standard, and complies with the NSA lease key mandates.
