Emerging Explosives Threat Database Tool
Abstract
The global threat of homemade explosives (HME) continues to grow. The project funding will be utilized to identify and document emerging energetic material information from one specific region of interest. The database identifies threat vs. non-threat material and their characteristics and is a reference for various U.S and NATO users.
