Strategic Multi-Layer Assessment (SMA) Effort

Abstract

The objective of this effort was to support and participate in an interagency experiment to demonstrate and measure the effectiveness of an analytical process within a virtual collaborative environment (VCE) to anticipate and find leading indicators of acts of terror, use of weapons of mass destruction (WMD) or other high profile acts. Each SMA focus area is in direct response to a COCOM request.
