SUMMARY OF WAVE DATA FOR SAN FRANCISCO BAY AND VICINITY - SERIES 3, ISSUE 349
Abstract
Sea state and wave height, direction, and frequency of occurrence were observed for the localities of Carquinez Straits, East Brothers Island, Alcatraz Island, and Hunters Point. Wave data are also tabulated for the area outside the Bay. Although these data are only estimates, they are believed sufficiently accurate to indicate general orders of magnitude.
