Abstract

Techniques were developed for the study of interaction in group s. Analyses will be made of the influence of phenomenological, sociometric, and behavioral sub-groups on participation in human relations training groups; the influence of group composition on the quality of the work and emotional characteristics of the group; shifts in group structure during training; dimensions of interaction; and the means of analyzing training requirements in various situations.
