Abstract

Progress is reported on research concerning thermionic emission at low temperatures, luminescence studies, Basub2SiOsub4 interface thickness vs life, electrical conductivity and thermoelectric power of MgO, electron emission from MgO, luminescence of MgO, IR transmission of thin semiconductor films, field emission, enhanced photoelectric effect in BaO, photoelectric emission from impurity centers, and long life luminescence and diffusion by retrapping.
