THE EFFECT OF WATER AND ICE ON MICROWAVE TRANSMISSION THROUGH RADOMES

Abstract

Analysis indicates that interfering atmospheric moisture, water films, and ice accumulations have a detrimental effect on radar microwave transmission. Photographic evidence of this adverse effect is included.
